Blizzard app stuck on downloading new files

I began download the Destiny 2 Beta when I went to grab some lunch, when I came back my PC had gone into Sleep mode and the download stopped, I tried to continue the download and it has been stuck on initializing for an hour or so.

In the past you would download each game separately but Blizzard created the Battle.net App to handle this process. It’s disheartening Blizzard did not optimize for Windows 10 and from my research it sounds like Windows 8/8.1 also had issues with Battle.net App so Windows 10 Battle.net issues we’re to be expected I suppose.

But DONT pause the download, just close it and make sure you end all blizzard processes. Then go back into your folder, delete the new destiny 2 folder it just made and replace it with the original one you moved to your desktop. Start Battle.net and it should start downloading again where you left off after about 5 minutes or so. Hope this helps.
